The practice becomes a company in High Point, North Carolina. Custom software, mobile apps, VoIP, integrations - for clients across the country, paid in dollars, crypto, or trade. The barter stories are true. And in the toolbox on day one: CLOC, the founder's private system of record, already running since 1999.
The first article about what would become Pulse is published: the case for keeping time as one global number instead of a grid of timezones. No product yet - just the argument for one.
The 2021 idea becomes a fixture: a Universal Internet Time clock ships at the bottom of this site. It refuses to stay a footnote.
The footer clock grows into Pulse, a scheduling product. The 1999 toolkit is rebuilt as CLOC, a subscription anyone can use. Both ship with their own domains, their own support, and their own roadmaps.
Solvelop builds and runs its own software now. Client work continues quietly, in small volume and by referral - if you need us, ask. But the products are the business.
